Registration Instructions of 114 Academic Year First-Years' Limited Edition Shirt

Congratulations on becoming a member of NTU!
To welcome you, we are offering a limited edition "First-Years' Exclusive Shirt" as a gift.
We wish you all the best as you embark on this new journey!
The registration and pick-up details are as follows:
【Eligible Recipients】
First-Years' entering in the 114 academic year (student ID starting with B14, R14, D14, P14, J14, F14 and Q14).
Each student is limited to one shirt. Please do not register more than once.
【Registration Details】
First Round of Registration (Fully Booked)
Opening Time: August 18, 2025 (Monday) at 2:00 PM until August 25, 2025 (Monday) at 12:00 PM.
Second Round of Registration (Fully Booked)
Opening Time: August 25, 2025 (Monday) at 2:00 PM untill fully booked.
【Pick-up Sessions】
August 26, 2025 (Tuesday) to August 29, 2025 (Friday), from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at General Education Building Room 101.
August 31, 2025 (Sunday), from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at the Sports Center Room 201 (please use the staircase outside the orientation ceremony room to access the side entrance of Room 201).
***The opening ceremony for the new students of the 114th academic year will start on Auguest 31, 2025 (Sunday) at 14:00. Only new students wearing the freshman Shirt are allowed to enter the 3rd floor venue, while others must go to the viewing area on the 4th floor.***
【Pick-up Procedure】
1. In-person Pick-up: Present your identification (ID card/driver's license/student ID/resident certificate/health insurance card) and the confirmation email received upon completing the registration. After verifying your identity, you may pick up your shirt.
2. Pick-up by Agent: The freshman must complete the online registration during the registration period first, then provide the confirmation e-mail received upon completing the registration, and fill out the authorization form. The printed authorization form must be submitted at the counter. The agent must also present their identification (ID card/driver's license/student ID/resident certificate/health insurance card). After verifying the identity, the shirt can be picked up.
