Registration Instructions of New Student Limited Edition T-shirt (2026/115AY)
Dear NTU New students ,
Congratulations on becoming a part of NTU! To welcome you, we are offering a special "New Student Limited Edition T-shirt "as a gift. We wish you all the best in this exciting new chapter!
※Please see below for the registration and pick-up details:
【Eligible Recipients】
First-Years entering in the 115 academic year (2026)
Including those whose student IDs start with B15, R15, D15, P15, J15, F15, Q15, or who admitted through early admission and other channels.
Each student is limited to one shirt. Please do not register more than once!
【Registration Time】
1st Wave Registration will start at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026,and run until all shirts are claimed.
2nd Wave Registration will start at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026,and run until all shirts are claimed.

【Daily Pick-up Hours】
1. Before the Opening Ceremony
August 31 (Mon) – September 3 (Thu) | 09:00 – 16:00
September 4 (Fri) | 09:00 – 15:00
Pick-up Location：1st Student Activity Center Room 103
2. On the Day of the Opening Ceremony
September 6 (Sun) | 10:00 –13:30
Pick-up Location：Sports Center Room 201
(Please use the outdoor staircase at the Sports Center to enter through the side door of Room 201).
【Pick-up Procedure】Shirts can be collected after identity verification.
1. In-Person Pick-up:
◆ Present your personal ID (National ID Card / Driver's License / Student ID / Resident Certificate / NHI Card).
◆ Show the confirmation email received upon successful registration.
2. Pick-up by Proxy (Authorized Agent):
◆ The student must complete the online registration during the designated period.
◆ Provide a screenshot of the student's registration confirmation email.
◆ Please print and fill out the Authorization Form beforehand, then submit the hard copy at the counter.
◆ The proxy must also present their personal ID (National ID Card / Driver's License / Student ID / Resident Certificate / NHI Card).

※ Friendly Reminders:
1.For your convenience and faster collection, we recommend picking up your T-shirt on the same day as your health exam.
2.If you wish to change your pick-up time, you may proceed directly to the pick-up location with the required documents for identity verification and collection during any of the designated pick-up periods. Thank you.
3.Since the quantity of T-shirts is limited, please decide on your size in advance and prepare your "Proof of Identity" before filling out the registration form: 【Admission Notice for the 115th Academic Year or a screenshot of your myNTU login portal】 (Your name must be clearly visible)
Accepted file formats are limited to image files (JPG, PNG, etc.) or PDF. The file size is limited to 1MB.
If your file is too large, please compress it before uploading. Please note that size changes are not permitted once the form is submitted. If a specific size runs out of stock, that option will be automatically hidden; in that case, please choose the closest available size. We appreciate your understanding.
4.Please select your size in the section that matches your specific student status. If the form shows "This question is no longer accepting responses" or if the entire section disappears, it means that size or the shirt quota has run out.
Due to quota allocations, if you select a size in a section that does not correspond to your status, your entry will be manually deemed incomplete and removed. Please fill out the form accurately. Thank you.
***The opening ceremony for new students of the 115th academic year will start at 14:00 on Sunday, September 6, 2026. Only new students wearing the New Student T-shirt are allowed to enter the 3rd-floor venue, while others must go to the viewing area on the 4th floor.***
